Rajiv Basrur is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Capital Partners in Mumbai, which provides advisory and due-diligence support to Sunrise Global Investments under a written agreement. He has more than 30 years of corporate experience and began his career at SB Billimoria & Co. His background includes senior roles in steel, infrastructure, IT, hospitality and financial services, as well as experience in merchant banking and capital markets. He has worked on resolution plans under India's Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and has raised capital for listed and unlisted companies with investment groups in multiple regions. Rajiv holds a Master's in Management (Finance) from Mumbai University and serves as an independent director of Eco Hotels and Resorts.

Aditya Karwa is Vice President (Fund Raising and Transaction Management) at Sunrise Capital Partners, where he leads the Transaction Origination and Execution division. He has experience executing large transactions in India's financial markets, with expertise spanning IPOs, block trades, mergers and acquisitions, stock warehousing and derivatives trading. His focus is on structuring complex transactions, informed by a detailed understanding of Indian market dynamics.

N Dinakar is Vice President (Deal Origination) at Sunrise Capital Partners. His experience covers real estate, capital markets and private equity. He began his career at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), providing strategic consulting and capital markets advisory to multinational clients. From 2015 he concentrated on equity and debt syndication, joint ventures and distressed assets. He founded a boutique advisory firm in 2018 and has worked in venture capital since 2021.

BG Nayak is Compliance Officer at Sunrise Capital Partners. He has experience in banking and investment management, having been a member of Canara Bank's senior leadership and having taken part in the establishment of Canbank Mutual Fund. At Sunrise Capital Partners he oversees compliance and regulatory affairs.

Vijay Shelke is Senior Principal Associate at Sunrise Capital Partners. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience across the oil and gas, LNG, infrastructure and EPC sectors, with senior roles at QatarEnergy LNG, Petrofac, Fluor Corporation, Reliance Industries, ThyssenKrupp Uhde, Toyo Engineering, Al Shirawi Group and Godrej & Boyce. His expertise includes corporate strategy, commercial management, contracts, risk management and the governance of large capital projects. He advises private equity firms, portfolio companies and family offices on investment risk, M&A support and value creation.

Jenny Mehta is Principal Associate at Sunrise Capital Partners and a Chartered Accountant. She began her career in valuations, followed by more than three years in venture investing, where she evaluated and executed early-stage transactions focused on private market opportunities in India. She has contributed to investment strategy and portfolio decisions, and previously worked closely with a General Partner on fund strategy and portfolio execution.
