Soud Ba'alawy is an economist and development banker with over 30 years of experience in finance and banking. He is Founder and Executive Chairman of Enspire Group. From 2000 to 2010 he served as Executive Chairman of Dubai Group, and between 2011 and 2015 he founded Anwaar Majan and Enspire. Earlier roles include Vice President at Citibank's Gulf Treasury in Dubai, Chief Investment Officer of Dubai Internet City and Vice President of the Executive Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He has held board positions with Noor Investment Group, Noor Bank and Noor Takaful, and has worked with Dubai Financial Market and the Emirates Investment Authority.

Pramod Shedde has worked in Indian private equity and venture capital since its early stages. He began his career in project appraisal at ICICI from 1973 to 1977 and contributed to the establishment of ICICI Venture Funds in 1988. From 1994, he served as President of ICICI Venture Funds Management Company. He led ICICI's PACT programme for Indo-US technology collaborations between 1985 and 1994. He was later Chief Executive of BTS Investment Advisors and Chairman of the Indian Venture Capital Association. Pramod holds a BTech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Bombay and is an alumnus of MIT.

Davinder Sandhu is Co-founder and Chairman of Primus Partners. He has held leadership roles at the Prime Minister's Office in India, the World Bank Group and Indian Railways. His areas of specialisation include governance, regulation and public-private partnerships, and he has advised both central and state governments in India. He has represented India at the UN General Assembly, ASEAN, BRICS and the G20, with international work across South Asia, Africa and the United States.
