Sunrise Global Investments LLC is an investment company based in Muscat, Oman, established by its two Managing Co-Founders.
Our mandate is global, with investments across the GCC, Asia and Europe. We provide long-term capital to growth companies, acting as a minority shareholder in private companies preparing to list and as a cornerstone investor in listed markets. We rely on relationships across the Gulf developed by our founders and advisers over decades, and on local market specialists in each jurisdiction in which we invest.

Operational association with Sunrise Capital Partners
Our association with Sunrise Capital Partners in Mumbai affords us the expertise of an established investment team. Under a Consultancy and Support Services Agreement, its professionals advise us on companies and markets and support our due diligence, acting in conjunction with our own team from origination to investment.
Sunrise Global Investments LLC is an investment company based in Muscat. It receives non-discretionary advisory and due-diligence support from Sunrise Capital Fund Advisors (I) Private Limited, Mumbai, for its investments. All investment decisions are taken by the company's investment committee in Muscat. The two companies are separately owned and each is subject to the rules of its own jurisdiction.
Governance
Investment decisions taken in Muscat
Our investment committee in Muscat is responsible for every investment decision. Each proposal is presented to the committee only after financial, commercial, legal, tax and technology due diligence is complete. Members of our Investment Advisory Board, with backgrounds in finance, policy, infrastructure and private equity across the Gulf and India, inform the committee's work. Where individuals are involved with another company, we manage conflicts under a written protocol.
